DLX Europe // Office Administrator
Location: Guadalajara, MexicoOverview:
DLX Europe, a trailblazer in the shelter solutions sector, stands as the exclusive distributor of DLX Rapid Deployment Shelters in Europe and the Middle East. Our commitment to innovation and excellence has established us as a leader in providing efficient and effective shelter solutions. We are on the lookout for a skilled and committed Administrator to join our dynamic team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role involves close collaboration with our European partners and our headquarters in Eugene, Oregon.
Responsibilities:
Financial Coordination and Management:
· Forge and maintain strong relationships with Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) in Ireland, the UK, and Germany.
· Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
· Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
Office Administration:
· Ensure smooth daily office operations, fostering an efficient work environment.
· Manage supply chain logistics, including procurement and inventory control.
· Maintain office facilities and equipment, ensuring operational readiness.
Travel and Logistics Management:
· Strategize and implement travel arrangements for our sales team, focusing on cost-efficiency and alignment with company policies.
· Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, managing logistics end-to-end.
Liaison with Parent Company:
· Serve as the key contact for our Eugene, Oregon headquarters.
· Facilitate seamless information flow and implementation of directives between offices.
· Enhance inter-office collaboration and strategy alignment.
Team Support and Collaboration:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales and management teams.
· Work across departments to ensure cohesive operations and communication.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
· Solid track record in office administration, preferably within an international context.
· Acute financial insight and experience in managing financial processes.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; additional European languages are advantageous.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and financial software platforms.
· Adept at working within and contributing to a multicultural team environment.
Work Days: Mon-Fri
Work Hours: 0730 to 1600 (Office)
Salary: $36,000 MXP/mo plus benefits
